Builders in Stonebridge, The Cliffs, and Kestrel left a loop in the garage because they knew the water. Some owners filled it with a softener. Some left it empty. Almost none of them got a carbon filter, so the chlorine taste is still there on streets where the glass is already spot-free. Filtration on these houses is usually a housing or two on that existing wall, not a remodel.
Reverse osmosis is the add-on when the kitchen is used for cooking and the fridge line makes bad ice. North Summerlin kitchens are new enough that the sink cabinet can take a tank, unless a previous owner already stuffed a pull-out trash and a disposal into the same bay. We check. Sediment is less of a story here than downtown, because the supply piping is not galvanized. We do not sell a sediment filter you do not need.
The office for these villages is Kingdom Plumbing, 9960 W Cheyenne Ave, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89129, (702) 623-9394. Scale on the shower door is still a softener problem. Call about that separately if the loop is empty and the fixtures are crusting.
Valley-wide, this work lives on our water filtration page. The neighborhood overview is our North Summerlin plumber page. Hard-water scale is a different system: water softener installation in North Summerlin.
