Water Heater Installation in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas is two housing stocks on one dispatch. Aliante, Sky Pointe, and the newer streets in 89031 and 89084 were built with garage water heaters and, often, a softener loop that nobody ever used. Eldorado and the older 89030 and 89032 blocks are denser lots with heaters in smaller utility spaces and original valves that have been on hard water since the 1990s.

The failure we replace most often up here is a builder tank that made it 10 to 14 years and then started rumbling. Sediment from valley water is the cause, not a bad thermostat. If the tank body is dry and the unit is younger than that, repair can still be the right spend. Once it is wetting the garage slab, we install a new tank the same day when the size is one we stock, and we haul the old one.
