Henderson is the southeast side of the valley, toward Black Mountain and the McCullough Range. Most of it is newer than the central Las Vegas core: Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch, Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, Cadence, Whitney Ranch, and Lake Las Vegas out east. Tank heaters here fail from mineral scale, the same complaint as the rest of the valley, not from a different water source.
