The plastic ring on my upstairs toilet let go. This caused a downstairs ceiling leak. Sergio took the time to explain what he was seeing and was transparent in what he could find when he cut into the ceiling that could change pricing. After the job was complete he gave me a walk through and explained all of his work and even re-caulked the toilet. Attention to detail, completed all of their work, and did a little more to stop another leak from happening in the future. (New Review: 6/27/25) Kingdom Plumbing has been an amazing company. Today, Michael Steele came by and did a wonderful job in repairing an old faucet and garbage disposal. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in making sure we were well-informed of all of our options before we committed to getting the repair. He easily went ahead and helped fix a sink issue also, and for that I really have to give him and his team kudos for a job well done. As always, I continue to remain a grateful and satisfied customer at Kingdom Plumbing, and am so happy to have met Michael. He is a great ambassador for the company that I have trusted for over half a decade now for any leak or issue. Good job! (New Review: From 11/19/2020) Kingdom Plumbing remains the best plumbing service in Las Vegas. I had another plumbing issue that needed to be corrected and Javier was on the scene immediately. Javier immediately assessed an issue I had with my water pressure, and went above and beyond to help me replace it without fail. Not only that, but Javier was able to replace a faulty faucet, remove an ancient, cracked water filtration system that would have probably flooded my house, -and- replaced my garbage disposal in one sitting. I am so blown away at how professional, calm, patient, and knowledgable him and his team are. I stand by my review I posted way back in February, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I WOULD without fail. Every single person I know who needs a plumber will definitely be referred to Kingdom Plumbing. They officially have become my official lifeline for anything plumbing related! (Original Review from February 2020!) I absolutely had the BEST experience possible with Kingdom Plumbing. When arriving home, I noticed that my sink and wall started sounding like a ghost was using a washing machine through the wall. After looking up plumbers locally, I found Kingdom Plumbing by chance and gave them a call. Jason immediately called me back and sent a gentleman by the name of Javier to take a look at my issue. Not only were Javier and Jason professional, but they were extremely patient, kind, and sincere about diagnosing the problem. Turns out, it was a Water Heater that had built up too much sediment, and an old and terminal Water Softener that actually had been set to "Bypass" probably due to it not working correctly. Javier, Porter, and a gentleman (Jacob) worked hard, fast, and quickly in getting everything delivered, fixed and installed. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and close associates, because the professionalism and customer service they displayed were top-flight. Kingdom was $500 less than Goettle, and Goettle was going to use a replacement part i bought myself. Kingdom's quote included a part they supplied. The tech did an AMAZING job and was VERY personable. I can't see how i will ever be able to call anyone else from here on out. I was quoted three options and the rep kept pushing me towards the third option, which was the $9,000 option. $9,000 for a water heater and a few additional, less important materials. There was nothing wild about this job. Just remove the water heater and hook up the new one. I have the quotes if anyone wants to reference them.... Insane. The rep offered a discount on the most expensive option and kept trying to "overcome objections" with me on the most expensive option. They also refused to itemize their pricing which is a HUGE red flag. Be wary of any plumbing company that won't itemize their pricing. They are padding margin on labor and materials - to your detriment. When I questioned the business model and tactics, he just said, "I'm a man of god and have never taken a sales course". . . Right. I'll take "'Things I Never Wanted to Hear On a Phone Call' for $1,000, Alex". They also try to opt you into the "Royal Treatment Membership" whether you want to join or not. Classic upsell tactic to overcharge you. I'm getting the work done from another provider for $1,975, all-in.
